When will my sacrificial offering be slaughtered?
Sacrificial offerings purchased in Turkey and Africa are slaughtered on the same day as planned. The process is carried out systematically, and your authorization is fulfilled without delay.
When will the slaughter video be sent?
After the slaughter process is completed, your video is usually sent to you via WhatsApp within a few hours. This allows you to see your sacrifice being slaughtered transparently.
What information is included in the video?
The slaughter video includes your name, surname, the date of slaughter, and the slaughter process of your sacrificial offering. This allows you to confidently track the fulfillment of your authorization.
Can I pick up my sacrificial meat?
Yes. You can pick up the meat from your sacrificial offerings slaughtered in Turkey.
Our customers in Bursa can pick up their meat directly from our facility.
For our customers living outside the city, the meat is prepared hygienically and sent to their addresses via our contracted cargo companies.
Do you provide information about the meat shipment?
Yes. Before your meat is shipped outside the city, photos of the packaging and shipping stages are sent to you. This allows you to follow the process transparently.
Which animals are slaughtered in Africa?
In our African organizations, the sacrifice ritual is performed using the large animal share method. The slaughtering is organized to be distributed to those in need.
Are the sacrifices performed according to Islamic customs?
Yes. All slaughtering is carried out according to Islamic customs, with a sense of responsibility and with animal welfare in mind.
How can I give my authorization?
You can easily give your authorization via our website, phone, or WhatsApp. After your order is placed, the process will be planned by us.

Can I watch the slaughter of the sacrificial animal?
We send slaughter videos to customers who request them. You can also come to our facility and follow the organizational processes on-site.
How is the sacrificial meat prepared?
The meat is cut by our experienced butchers, packaged according to hygiene rules, and prepared for delivery.
Can I have my sacrificial meat prepared exactly as I want?
Yes. For customers who request it, their sacrificial meat is processed with the same care as if it were picked up from a butcher shop by our professional butcher team. The meat is prepared with or without bones, hygienically packaged, and prepared for delivery.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your sacrificial and votive offerings slaughtered in Turkey are delivered within a maximum of 3 days after the slaughter and meat processing process is completed.
While customers in Bursa can pick up their meat from our facility, the meat of customers outside the city is carefully packaged and sent to their addresses via contracted cargo companies. Information and photos of the packaging and shipping process are also sent to you before shipment.
